Sources: Choo passes physical, joins Rangers

Outfielder Shin-Soo Choo has passed his physical and the Texas Rangers have called a news conference for Friday afternoon at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington to officially introduce their newest free-agent acquisition, sources confirmed Thursday night.
