5:00 am - Wake up, kneel & pray, 5 minutes of meditation and visualization. I picture myself being succesful throughout the day.

5:15 - 5:25 - Chant positive affirmations.

Be the best, seperation is in the preparation, work hard hard play hard

5:30 - 6:00 - light snack and morning run. Maybe do ab workouts as well.

6:05 - 6:25 - Breakfast. Eggs, bread, fruit and orange juice. At this time I'm watching CNBC Squawk Box financial news.

6:26 - 6:31 - Go over punchlines thought of the night before. Reword and put into iPhone.

6:32 - 7:10 shower & get dressed for work


I would put the rest of what I do but I don't have time atm due to my strenuous work ethic.

Point is while you sleep I'm working and that makes all the difference in why I'm succesful.

I try to get to sleep by 11:30pm but I drink a lot of water during the day so I need less sleep and I usually end up in bed 1:30 after writing

5 hours of sleep is a good amount. I dont try to sleep less than that but i drink water in the event i have to pull an all nighter. Thing is I have higher goals in life than you do. You're ok with working a security job for 10+ years.

The amount of sleep someone need is extremely individual. The average is 7,5 hours or something like that. I know a couple people that don't need more than 5-6 hours as well. Some need up to 9, or even 10. Water might help, but water alone doesn't change how your body works to a certain degree where 5-6 hours is enough for everyone.

Do something positive when you wake up that makes you cheer up. Don't just lie there, get the fuck up and walk around every fucking day. Go for a run or something with some positive shit on your ears, or anything that helps to produce positive shit for you. It'll help to change how your brain works when you wake up. At this point your mindset is set to ''sleep'', you need to change that shit. Takes some work, but if you get up and make yourself a nutritious and delicious breakfast every day at a set time etc. you'll eventually be dependent on it as your brain will conform and get used to these habits.

Yes I really don't like waking up early at all. The key is go to bed early. Also, put your alarm clock somewhere where you have to get up to turn it off that way you are at least up. If you plan to do a light work out in the morning then have your workout clothes already set with an energy bar and bottle of water next to it.

Force yourself to wake up early one day.
