Basically, this guy is using blueprints and a 3d printer to create guns (The lower on an AR, which is the main part of the gun). Since the AR is so easily customized, you can get all of the other parts, without serials or any legal shit, from your bedroom. He states that a 12 year old boy could buy all of the other parts on the internet, without having to jump thru any hoops.
So, discuss. This is 100% legal as of this minute.
