started this the other night and kinda got bored with it and wrapped it up pretty quick and abruptly, dont judge lol

the dust settled, i arose to the smell of gun metal
and holes in the wall where the slugs nestled
blood puddled the ground where victims were found
and i stood frozen, at that moment after gunnin em down
clipped on the right side with a glimpse that i might die
a ragged survivor convinced that this was my last night
in the midst of the black sky i seen an angel look down
hallucinations playing games as i lay on the ground
she said dont make a sound, ive come to take you home
i could hear the sirens, envision my name in stone
no place to go, stuck in the middle of life and death
screaming it aint my time yet n this aint my final breath!

let me start from the beginning..

i made a deal with the devil about a year ago
i had no food, no clothes and my heater broke
so i turned to coke and selling other drugs
felt so empowered when my struggles plugged
i was the don, a con.. called me the problem solver
with a chromed out-lined .357 copper revolver
had a posse of followers and respect unlimited
neglected sentiment but always praised the dollar
became a scholar, majored in the game of hustle
still taken blame for all the mistaked ive muscled
life became a struggle so i turned my face to help
in turn agreed to terms within the gates of hell

heres where things started to go wrong..

i had decided i would try a different path in life
so I asked this random guy if I could catch a ride
to my surprise he agreed to take me with him
(my first cold blooded helpless strangled victim)
stuck my knife well within em, heard the bone scrape
this was the moment i was drove into my cold place
no souls escape from the clutch of the devil
a contract killer who puts his faith in the metal
but this game wasnt settled it had only begun
what i didnt know was...
i had killed the little brother of a notorious thug
the storm had begun, had no shoes or umbrella
no rules for a fella used to ruling with guns

which brings us to our present state...

as i lay dying in my hospital bed, with my conciousness dead
I hope to god im offered the steps to conquer whats next
they were offered a price for my head, whether dead or alive
10 hitmen climbed into my window that lay off to the side
they came to finish the crime that the other gangsters started
seems my life and this world was short lived and nearly departed
i cried out to the devil we made a deal, said i would live for all eternity
he said you will, with me in my everlasting furnace of heat.

That was a well stated intro. Actually, that whole first part was pretty dope. I can see the circular plot you were going for, but you didnt seal the deal at the end. I know you said you got bored or whatever, but nigga... anyways, although everything after the first stanza wasnt as strong, it still kept my attention on some movie shit. Those transitioning statements between each got redundant after a while... I duno, I think you coulda done without them, or restated them. cool piece
