The public outcry for clearer pictures and all of a sudden this dufus is like, "well I was there I took a couple photos put them on facebook and after the conference one of my friends saw my pics and said there was one that looked like one of the suspects was in it" and it's automatically admissable into the investigation at 11:30 lastnight. The FBI works fast or the pic never got to them. This guy would have to have gotten interviewed by them, not only that but would have had to have gotten debriefed, interviewed, questioned, or whatever and you can bet it didn't take less then 24 hrs.


EDIT: I'm talking about him having to have been questioned at the initial event as well. All that type of stuff gets confiscated for evidence, etc.
