Madlib makes two good beats a year. None of them are on that album. Gibbs is the man though.

I don't understand how you can be familiar with madlib and not like the beats on this album?

The beat change in real made me climax

This is some of the best production I've heard on a hip hop album since madvillainy, which madlib also produced

cool cool, i'll check it now. i'm not the biggest fan of madlib like most people are, but its mainly cuz he's in the nerdy spectrum of underground. to my knowledge at least. but he's a beast on the beats for sure, and gibbs is the truth

That first song is nice but a part of the beat is too overpowering. Can barely hear what he says at times.

Yeah I didn't like this album a whole lot at first. It definitely grew on me.

I personally don't like how it was mixed, but people say it gives it a chill oldschool vibe. I don't think so. I think it just makes it harder to hear him.
