Rules

Due Dates:

Verses are due Friday,
May 17th 2013 11:59 PM PST.
Voting ends Tuesday 11:59 PM PST.
Battles that lack votes may close later.
One sided battles may get closed early.
Extensions are normally 24 hours
(unless requested otherwise, that is),
can be no longer than 36 hours
and have to be granted by your opponent.



Line Limit:

Min. = 10 lines
Max. = 16 lines
The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.



Voting:

Must vote on 5 battles and post your links.
Post the links in the thread titled "Week 7 Voting Links".
You will be punished if you don't post all 5 voting links.
You will not like the punishment, so just vote so you
don't have to cry later. Details about this are to be
found in the "Week 7 Voting Links" thread.



General Rules:

1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
Feeding = DQ.
Recycling = DQ.
Biting = DQ.
No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
means you will disqualified.
A check in isn't mandatory, but it is encouraged.
If your opponent doesn't check in,
you still have to post a verse.
Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
must match the 1st person's line amount.

Sharp Nine: Lotto isn’t the most consistent lately, and CTRL’s a more experienced head. Based off what I’ve seen from both I see CTRL taking this one pretty easily. Lotto might pull off something, but it would take his best verse yet to win.

KNuckle Head: Lotto isn't bad, he is really trying to improve. He isn't quite there, but it's just a matter of time, and could be this week that he shows his best. CTRL no showed already, so I hope he doesn't again. He was pretty slick on RB, and has quality experience. But he has to show, and not have rust.

lotto was to long winded, poor wording and drawn out punches made for very little impact.

Ctrl took this match with ease i must say, he had some solid jabs in his verse that were enuff to make him pull the win, smirk had some decent lines but they were too stretched, long winded and had no impact whatsoever, work on ur wording and try to be more creative with ur concepts cos most were basic at best...

I liked the concept to this but you should of done this a lot better... pressing on alt sounds like your a fag, you could of worded this here and given it some more thought and had a really nice close

To some degrees I can see lotto is putting in some effort to get better, first time I peeped ctrl, funny name that, anyways I got cntrl an are overall better verse. to be fair this was a so so battle, there was nothing worth quoting imo but there was some potential for some nice lines...keep going guys

All in all Ctrl got this easy. Lotto had alotta long lines that didn't really hit. He needs to do a better job w/ wording & come off a lil more crisp to be effective... get more creative. Yeah, all in all Ctrl wins... props.
