pharoahe monch definitely morphed quite a bit. not sure how i feel about it.

My favorite stuff of his still is on the 1991 Organized Konfusion self-titled album. He continues to do a lot of his own production and hires a lot of no-names otherwise, and I just don't get it.

yeah that's one of those songs that I think is dope but can't listen to very often unless I'm in the mood. still, way ahead of its time.

Common's "The Light" is better, but that's one of the better songs on Internal Affairs.

hard for me to compare Common's and Pharaohe's songs, but both are dope/favorite songs of mine in their entire catalogue.
