I call it the "PUSHURPULLUP".

It is a burpee....but you do a push up after your legs are extended then bring them back in and jump...into a pull up.

I will do 4 sets of 5 for an initial goal.

I am a killing machine of functional strength and apocalyptic cardio.

Just knocked out 4 sets like a beast. People were looking at me like I was a freak of control balance and muscle.

Weighed myself...getting ripped 215lbs 6 ft tall.

I dunno who youre taking ahots at by saying functional strength V, but ill have you know that here in Ausland you have to be ready at any moment. 200lbs spiders dropping from the roof onto you at night, deadlifting kangaroos, curling koalas, you damn well right its all functional out here, B.

I invented a workout I call Lawnbrawning.

It's where you combine yardwork and excersising.

Fuck the riding lawnmower, I mean yeah I wrecked it and it don't work but that's besides the point. Put on ankle weights, fill a backpack up with those big boring books and then run through the yard with the lawnmower.

I cut the entire yard in like 30 minutes and I steadily build up my yardio* in the process.
