DARPA's cyber warriors dive into the Internet with Oculus Rift

Plan X's development is due to be completed in the year 2017, by which time VR will likely have become much more advanced. Whether we get to know the full extent of what the military will be able to do while taking a virtual dive through the Internet, well, that's a story for another time.
