Your delivery was much nicer on this than the bootleg, could barely hear that shit.
But slow down everything.
And since you got the old tweaks and everyone knows it now...
you should definitely have some punches on deck or rebuttals about it.

i spit a little faster than i usually would in this one cuz i wanted to beat dizaster at his own game, i.e., that rapid fire back to back rhyme scheme shit...

an it's hard to always tell when to give the crowd a second an when to keep goin...i do try to be conscious of that, but i'm still perfecting things namean...

thanks for watchin it...lol @ the criticism of the "squares" voice hahaha...i tried somethin different there with the vocal inflection...worked on damn jafar...

but word, i definitely take all the advice in an do best with it what i can...i like usin the back to back compounds tho', i wouldn't be me if i didn't do that...

diz first was freestyle mostly but his second wasn't freestyle AT ALL except for the rebuttal at the beginning...I feel ur point but u can't tell me he came off the top in the second...thanks for checkin it out tho...an I do jokes sometimes hahaha the okwerdz bar was a joke to me, but I don't do them as much as I used to for sure...tried to switch up the delivery in some parts, but I agree with what ur sayin...

The problem is you rap over the crowd when they like a line and you stop when you think they SHOULD of liked a line.

actually with me its the fact that it was way to cloe to be a freestyle against a written verse. and to be completely honest while diz draws out bars so does detour and sometimes he will work on a long concept and when ur waiting on the punch to hit u get nothing. then he moves on to the next bar. some of his punches is hot but imo this is a battle spitting a 100 multis and then moving on to the next bar shows u can rap for sure but this isnt a track for track event its an attack ur opponent event. as i said detour got some hard bars but he lets to many oppertunities go by when he could attack and risks punches for multi use and imo that is whats going to hinder him against any super opponents. dirt is the same imo cats got caught up int he hype of multis then when dirt went against a dope punchline rapper he got buried imo

Yeah but whether it's freestyle against a written or not none of that matters. Nearly EVERY battle rapper prepares. Just so happens Diz don't need to put that much effort into his preparation.

i ain't trippin Untold tbh i think this is one of his best performances in terms of how well he freestyled...he may have written better before, but the sections he freestyled were pretty clean...

i do believe he writes more than he lets on...the grimey trucker/irish brother/wife an mother/like each other scheme is one example...just put together too perfectly to be off the dome...

i could be wrong, just a personal opinion...but word, dude is mad talented...i can't take nothin away from him...an lol @ the second half of my second round being the worst part of the battle hahaha...
