The Netcees.Co topical league known as the Art of Writing league is in it's final phase of competition. 15 weeks of conceptually writing is coming to a end. Historically, the consensus is Who Cares about the topical league? It's some sort of fantasy world. When in reality, What has been occurring in that quiet forum is pretty phenomenal.
