Frito-Lay" is a US based potato and corn chip company created in 1938 by Pepsi co.
In 1991, Pepsi bought Henry Walker's crisps and "Walkers" became Lay's British sister company.

Lay's Potato Chips and Walker's Crisps are basically the same product, just under different names, catering to different markets.
