It doesn't hurt. I used to take one.

It's not going to help you build muscle. Just makes you healthier if you have any vitamin deficiencies from a weak diet.

Creatine
Steroids

Those help build muscle. Everything else is snake oil.

Haven't researched it, don't really care to. It's either as effective or less effective compared to regular Whey. Just seems cooler.

You can retain gains from creatine, it's not just water weight. Although it does have that effect.

Stay away from the steroids... Eat lean meants for your best source of protein.

Chicken, fish(salmon, tilapia, TUNA, etc...), turkey, and leannnn red meats. More like wild game. Peanut butter or almond butter is good for quick snacks. The less fat, the less grease, the less cholesterol, the faster your metabolism works. Got me?

Are you trying to just bulk up? Are you in a certain phase of your work out?

multi vitamins are just to balance ur body chemically. i started taking them a few weeks ago and ive noticed a big diff in energy thru the day, better sleep, etc
and i think they would help heal acne if anything

No matter what you take, it won't help you get gains. It'll help you rebuild your muscles faster/stronger after you injure them during a workout. Dedication and a proper routine are what really get it done. As long as you're in the gym a lot and using stuff like whey protein to help with the healing of your muscles, you should be able to do what you want. Oh and Creatine gives you more available energy (it converts used ADP -> ATP) for workouts. I've never used it though. Fan of whey protein though...you can usually repeat muscle groups more easily in a week by using it.

Bags ive been using a preworkout suppliment called Superpump that I like.. its a cross between an energy drink and ritolin and supposedly opens up veins or some shit. Take it half an hour before working out gets you in the mood to life when you're not motivated
