I'm discovering how weird Season 1 was, particularly with regards to voting. It's interesting.

The most obvious example is Red glare getting swept 6-0 by TYSON. I've read that battle three times now and each time feel that Red glare's verse clearly was superior.

I did the same thing, the verse I did as Clutter Buck was completely experimental in style, my lines were chopped down in length to about half what I'd usually use and I choose to put up a topical against a storyteller just to see how it would fare. I don't stay signed into leagues long enough to champ these days, just a couple weeks at most between writing for live battles to keep my creativity going.

I ask because I don't like to write on papper ever.

But I can, as soon as I start flowing it comes out...No homo.

It actually works better because I'm forced to sit there and think of the line before I write it because I aint trying to erase and shit.

When I write on the comp I literally end up with 2-3 pages of shit I removed from each posted verse.

I have ocd really bad actually and can't stand using lead like pencils or even click pencils so I use pen and scratch shit out everytime I have a spelling error or choose to use a different word so I can't see the actual line lengths till I get to the final copy an rewrite everything 2 to 3 times without an grammatical errors and then if somethings off I have to start all over again. On phones an computers I can just backspace and adjust the format and wording as I go. Now while using a phone the screens smaller so I still can't judge the lines as accurately as I'd like to so it can still come out fucked up or flowing just a bit off which is a big deal to me because of the fuckin ocd (which is usually why my rhymeschemes are usually as clean and consistent as possible with my wording issues)
so my computer screen being cracked is a huge deal for me lol possibly bigger than the average writer

That's a bit more focused. OK, for the NBA, Grantland's Jonathan Abrams (http://grantland.com/contributors/jonathan-abrams/) and Sports Illustrated's Lee Jenkins (http://www.si.com/author/lee-jenkins) are great feature writers, probably the best going right now. But no one analyzes the game better than Grantland's Zach Lowe (http://grantland.com/contributors/zach-lowe/). My favorite place to go to for quick analysis of breaking news, is CBS's Eye on Basketball blog (http://www.cbssports.com/nba/eye-on-basketball), especially for Matt Moore. Yahoo's Ball Don't Lie blog (https://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nba-ball-dont-lie/) is usually better written but takes longer to get updated, but you might like it more as it's a bit more intellectual in taking on the same stuff as Eye on Basketball. As far as traditional columns, well, I don't read a whole lot of them.

As far as boxing, ESPN's Dan Rafael (https://twitter.com/danrafaelespn) is the guy you need to follow on Twitter because he breaks most big boxing stories, but there are better writers. I like The Sweet Science's Thomas Hauser (http://www.thesweetscience.com/columnist?a=10010) quite a bit. SB Nation's Bad Left Hook blog (http://www.badlefthook.com/) is a good place for aggregation, where you can catch up on news. There are a lot of good boxing writers who don't write exclusively about boxing, too.

Often the best sports writing is stuff I just come across on Twitter randomly, things getting shared by other media members.
