Battles that lack votes may close later.
One sided battles may get closed early.
Extensions are 24 hours
You will be GRANTED ONE EXTENSION AS A TEAM throughout the Tourney. Any extension beyond the first will result in loss of votes.


Line Limit:

Min. = 20 lines
Max. = 32 lines
Limit MUST be agreed upon

1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
Feeding = DQ.
Recycling = DQ.
Biting = DQ.

Dope Battle. This is the best I've read from Swerve. Off the dribble and drip were the lotb imo. OM Piece was lols. dawn was lols. Bags opener was dope. Techmo bowl lolzed me. Tier was pretty good. Jaws was swag. Swerve had one more quote and lotbs and was personal after personal. This can go either way but I gots swerve here.

This battle was pretty consistent on both sides, I got one more quote from Conservation for the edge though, this should go back and forth if it gets more votes though cause it's very close, but I think Conswerve edged it slightly

godammit my whole vote got erased but basically I said I got conswerve here because it was just fiercer even though I did a picnic line already and got a lot of shit for it the first half of the verse was mean and I think strong enough to swing the vote in their favor so props to whoever wrote that half. it was also funnier than nik bags lines, which had some played shit like drinking tide on strik, etc.

Nik Bags: Your ability to churn out 50 battle lines this week was pretty impressive, even if a few probably were in your notebook already. A lot of these lines, though, were solid personals. I liked the con Swerve and excited to get Muff lines a lot. But the line about him not having a partner was particularly ineffective since he did have a partner and you didn't. And the tier wordplay was played out a decade ago, but you worded it well. This verse was solid, though it didn't compare to your Summer Classic championship verse for understandable reasons.

Conswervation: This verse was really good. I know Strikta returned to help out, but I couldn't really tell who wrote what which speaks well to your chemistry. The opening eight lines were the highlights, for sure, and it makes sense to open well in a battle. The choose-your-own adventure thread line had a lot of squandered potential because of the soft wording, as did the barbecue line. But the last two lines were better. Ultimately, though, this battle was decided because of the strength of the opening eight, which were better than anything in Nik Bags' verse.

I think swerve edges it although his one syllable rhyming is almost enough for me to dock him points. He was a little more consistent with okay bars whereas Nik had the striktas baby line which was lotb. It just came down to who has more misses and in my opinion it was Nik that just missed a little bit more with the tier wp etc. I have swerve.
