Yes, I'm from Canada but I've literally Never listened to a Drake song before. I don't really listen to the radio so i never peeped him. I seen him on tv and hear about him etc. but i always just assumed he was like a "commercial" rapper.. radio shit, pop rap etc..which is fine, but i just generally don't like that kinda music.

Anyways he still probably is, but i heard this pretty dope beat coming from one of the dressing rooms at my rink and when i looked it up i was shocked that it was drake. the song was 0-100 and he was dropping n bombs and everything. i couldn't believe it. are a lot of his songs like this or is that just a one off????? still surprised, this just seems weird.

DexLabb Niggers for the truth, are there any other songs like this i should check out that aren't gay?

Download these albums from him: "Nothing Was The Same" and "Comeback Season."

Those bodies of work are probably what you're looking for more than anything.

I assume the same is true for every single rapper to make it big, then.

Tbh I would listen to Choclair, Kardinal Offishall, Classified, and BIG SCEN over Drake.

Drake is a very mixed bag, CopyPat. I actually prefer his softer stuff. "Hold On (We're Going Home)" is without a doubt my favorite song of his. But if you liked "0 to 100," then maybe you'll like "Worst Behavior" or "Started from the Bottom."

copycat, it does occasionally happen. but any time you hear something respectable or something that sounds pretty damn good, from drake, rest assured the next 9 times you hear him it will be some high-pitched whiny trite garbage. i am like... a horrible rapper... but i bet my "freestyles" aren't even as gay as his.

He had one...maybe two good albums when he first arrived. Then went back into his Degrassi type shit. Music went poop. Homie became too sweet. Softer than baby shit.

CopyPat, listen to "Fear". It has a singy chorus, but the content is real and substantial, and I think you like that stuff.
