Wyoming family faces $75,000 per day fines from EPA for building pond on their own land
 

The Johnson family did everything the right way when they decided to build a stocked fishing pond on their 8-acre land plot. They went the through the appropriate channels with the Wyoming state government and got permission to build the pond.
