America didn't stop England being invaded, England did in the Battle of Britain, which was Hitlers first major defeat and it played a huge part in bringing the war to an end. Americans did contribute hugely to winning the war though and perhaps if they hadn't then we would all be speaking German, who knows, but they far from won it single handedly lol another big reason Germany lost is because they tried to invade Russia, Napoleon found out how very nearly impossible that is and so did Hitler, it was devastating to the Germans.
Oh and yeah, I know Hitler would have eventually fucked with us too, he just didn't care, he had bigger problems and we posed no threat. The Irish only fight with English people and other Irish people, everyone knows that lol
