Thinking about going paleo

Anyone on here have a paleo diet? My buddy started about 6 weeks ago and got super fit, swears by it.

I did strict paleo for 6 months.. felt good overall, but I don't think it's a sustainable way to eat

I do a modified paleo diet now & feel incredible.. basically cut out all sugar, yeast, gluten & processed foods.. you'll be fine

Do you do steroids, though? Because that's relevant. I think oats doesn't use testosterone enhancing drugs. So he has to be smart about his eating for it to be effective.

Yeah, I do a cycle of straight test 1-2 times per year, max

Obviously, I could eat McDonald's all the time given that & my metabolism.. but eating any type of paleo/primal/candida -type diet just makes sense, in general.. you're cutting out anything processed, anything that negatively modulates your hormones, & choosing high-quality, nutrient-dense food

You're going to thrive on that, no matter what
