• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are normally 24 hours
  (unless requested otherwise, that is),
  can be no longer than 48 hours
  and have to be granted by your opponent.

Line Limit:

• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 16 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both. If no line agreement is made you CANNOT go above 16 lines

General Rules:

• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
  linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
  means you will disqualified.
• A check in IS mandatory.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post

Hmm.. both had a punch ref'n two different peeps sharps opener N allens one bar..not a fan of takin focus off a person. But both were creative so kudos no hate or animosity. Where @Sharp Nine was on the more complex/creative side of formulating a punch, @Allen Knight was more harsh N straight forward with his wording. I like allens wording N name flipping better. But i did like sharps opener better where i liked allens closer better. both had a played/old concept. But allen's wording is better on his, i like allens for sheer LOL's N harshness.

When I first read it I thought Allen def had it, when I break it down it's closer but Ima still edge it to AK. I thought Sharp's good concepts were better than Allen's, but he had a couple bars I wasn't feeling... wheras Allen's entire verse was cool/OK/decent concepts - very consistent - and he had the funny/harsh wording which I think is the main thing that puts him ahead when I read both verses as a whole... Sharp's wording is fine as far as technicalities but he didn't bring the same level of harsh/funny to his flips as AK did

Allen had a lot of borderline quotables as well. Thought the chris tucker was nice, sharp nails was pretty good too. Only line I didn't fuck wit a lot was split eight but that wasn't bad either.

Eh, close battle. Could go either way. Liked about 3 lines from each. Both had an old concept as well as some wording issues. I'll go with AK for having one more concept I really liked, but just not hitting the wording out of the park. I will say this, though... Sharp really surprised me here and was much better than I remembered him. He's definitely one of the best on the site at this point and am sure he'll start champing a bunch of shit real soon. Props to both.
