So i been exercisin a lil bit for health problems and i think ive gotten a lil to skinny, but in like the arms.
I dont want them huge just want them to be a lil bigger?

But you're right, at least in terms of lifting for bulk. Never really been my thing, always been more of a plyo/lean flexible muscle kind of guy.
Bigger arms isn't terribly complex though, just do multiple different curl exercises that isolate different parts of the python as Masaii calls them. Don't neglect tricep though, naturally a larger muscle and will get you bigger arms muh faster (as well as forearm exercises).
But yeah, diode or El Pancake would be better for specifics tbh.

Triceps - push downs, skull crushers, pushups, benchpress, dips
