I'm sorry, I genuinely take no joy in saying this but the line I quoted here is absolute gibberish. It is just some big words thrown together, it makes absolutely no sense at all.

I then read the rest of the verse and it didn't get any better. I'm sorry but this is really bad. You might impress some people by using lots of big words but anyone who actually knows those words and their definition and how they should be used will agree that this entire verse is nonsense.
